Rubber Cheese has launched a new website for the Gurdon Institute in Cambridge, propelling them into a new era of research.
The Wellcome/Cancer Research UK Gurdon Institute is a world-leading centre for research at the interface between developmental biology and cancer biology. Their mission is to understand the fundamental mechanisms of normal development, to determine how these mechanisms are subverted in cancer and other diseases, and to use this knowledge to develop new therapies.
The new website features an intuitive navigation for improved user journeys, and a distinctive design that creates impact using the Institute’s research images.
Kelly Molson, Managing Director at Rubber Cheese, commented:
“This site will explain the importance, impact and high calibre of the centre’s research. We’re excited to see the new website help attract the best scientists at all career stages to study and work there”.
Bruce Daniels, the Institute’s Administration & Operations Manager said:
“Rubber Cheese provided a design environment for us to explore a range of design options and helped bring us out of our comfort zone to develop a site that beautifully showcases our unique nature.
The team at Rubber Cheese actively listened and supported us at every step of the process, and we are already reaping the benefits of the new site.”
