A new website for Holkham

Holkham has selected Rubber Cheese as their digital partner to develop a new website that showcases the WONDER of Holkham.

Holkham is a thriving 25,000-acre rural estate in north Norfolk, and home to the Earl and Countess of Leicester and their family.

Whilst rich in history and a plethora of landscapes, Holkham is renowned for its progressive outlook and has a vision to be the UK’s most pioneering and sustainable rural estate. 2020 marked the launch of WONDER – their sustainability and conservation action plan.

Focusing on three core objectives, WONDER commits Holkham to pioneer environmental gain, champion low carbon living and stamp out waste.

Rubber Cheese will deliver a new intuitive website. A site that is creative, emotive and successful in delivering increased engagement and booking levels.

“Holkham’s new website will make a deeper emotional connection with their audience, exciting and inspiring people to visit. And importantly, improve the booking journey so they can purchase a ticket seamlessly.

As a company our vision is to improve how visitor attractions interact, engage and delight their guests online so they deliver a better, more enjoyable and accessible experience. The opportunity to help others discover the wonders of Holkham is incredibly exciting for the whole team. It’s projects like this that make our hearts sing”

“We are incredibly excited to be working with Kelly and the team at Rubber Cheese. During a thorough tendering process, they impressed us with not only their expertise within the visitor sector, but also with their inquisitive nature, attention to detail and creative and positive approach to the project. Only a couple of months into the project, and they already feel like part of the Holkham team.

The forthcoming launch of the website this summer will also unveil a new look and feel for Holkham as a whole, so 2022 marks an important year in many ways.We look forward to enhancing the visitor experience for all our visitors – be that the one million we welcome to Holkham or the additional million who use our website each year.”
