Louise Wightman

Louise is our dynamo project manager, we’re not quite sure what we’d do without her!

She spent 15+ years in Graphic Design roles: in-house, agency, freelancer, Production Manager and Design Manager. She took on the role of Digital Producer/Project Manager at the start of 2021, becoming primary contact for a number of clients, project planning/scheduling, overseeing a team of developers and managing multiple projects from scoping through to delivery.

Friendly, reliable and approachable with a positive outlook, “can do” attitude and wicked sense of humour. With an eye for detail and an ability to communicate with stakeholders and staff at all levels, she’s a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Self-directed, pragmatic and commercially aware, Lou respects the need to deliver on-time and within budget. She’s a plate spinning supremo, all while prioritising and adapting to changing pressures.

A proactive decision-maker, she’s happy to negotiate with team and clients, problem-solving and resolving issues if they arise.
