National Parks UK has selected Rubber Cheese as their digital partner to develop a new responsive website to help everyone be more outside.
National Parks UK brings together the 15 National Park Authorities in the UK to raise the profile of the National Parks and to promote joint working. The new site aims to inspire people from all walks of life to immerse themselves in their local landscape and explore the National Parks on their doorsteps.
Rubber Cheese will design the new website with a simplified but high end user experience. The site will showcase the National Parks’ incredible landscapes and the breadth of activities that can be carried out within them, helping everyone to be more outside.
Alastair Barber Communications and Marketing Manager of National Parks, commented: “ Rubber Cheese came with glowing recommendations from some pretty hard-to-please operators. They put the work in up front to really understand us and what we needed. Appointing them became a no-brainer. Now that we’ve got going I’m delighted to say their delivery is actually exceeding expectations. They are a pleasure to work with.”
Kelly Molson, Managing Director at Rubber Cheese, commented “One of the positives our team has taken from the Covid situation has been reconnecting even more with nature. Exploring a new daily walk, and more time spent in the garden planting and nurturing. As huge fans of the National Parks across the UK, we are all delighted to be able to use our digital skills to help people connect with the great outside right on their doorsteps”
